Angela has shown time and time again her professionalism at both administrative tasks and her commumcation skills displayed both over the phone and in person. Whilst having our home built we have run into many various problems and on those occasions have expressed our displeasure in the circumstances that arose. On those occasions Angela showed empathy and understanding of my complaints and on completion of our contact, left me feeling content and assured that the problems were within her control, would be rectified to the best of her ability and continued to co-ordinate communication between herself, the party involved and myself. On one specific occasion I was the irate customer on the other end of the phone who emotionally expressed my anger at a particular situation. Angela allowed me to vent my anger and frustration and patiently listened to my concern. Then in a very polite and professional manner she dealt calmly with the situation to my pleasure. It has been my experience when dealing with the public, that too often an employee is overlooked for their achievements and only reprimanded for mistakes.
