Absolutely not. All you need to know is what area you would like to build in and we can arrange the rest from there.
Are you only builders or do you offer other services?
We are Australia’s largest builder but that is not all we do. We are really a one stop shop for anyone who is looking to build. We have access to industry leading companies who will be more than happy to help you achieve your goals of home ownership.
How long does the building process take?
From the time you pour the slab to handover of your property the average industry period is roughly 18 weeks. At Dixon Homes our refined process makes it possible to achieve handover usually in 14 – 16 weeks depending on your circumstances.
What locations can you build in?
At Dixon Homes we have locally owned franchises that will be more than happy to help you out. Our franchises go from Cairns, Queensland all the way down the Eastern Coast through NSW to Melbourne, Victoria and across to both Islands of New Zealand.
What sort of appliances do you offer?
We know best quality at an affordable price is important to you so we have sourced our appliances directly from the manufacturer in Italy and we have them shipped to our warehouse. This saves us money. We in turn pass those savings onto you.
