First Home Owner Grant – QLD & NSW

Eligible first home buyers can receive:

• $30,000 in QLD for new homes being built under $750,000 inc GST
• $10,000 in NSW for new homes being built under $750,000 inc GST

You must be 18+, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and buying or building a new home to live in.
